Does not feel like Dieting at all !

I have been consulting Dt. Nidhi for the past 3 months and following her dietary guidelines. The main reason for consulting her was high blood hemoglobin count. Dt. Nidhi suggested dietary changes. After 3 months, I am happy to share that not only did my hemoglobin count come down to acceptable levels, but I also lost 8 kg of weight. Dt. Nidhi does strict followups every week. She motivates you to carry on. I believe these 3 months were life changing months for me. Now I am very conscious of what I and my family eat. Even if we go out we always go for healthier options.

I just want to say a big Thank You to Dt Nidhi Joshi! Before starting with her, I was hesitant to begin what i thought might be another program that I would start and quickly loose interest in. Inspirational Guidance

I was introduced to Dt. Nidhi by a friend and since then I cant imagine my healthy life without Dt. Nidhi. I have tried many dietitians and trust me nobody was bothered for my weight loss. I had so many problems in my body due to which I was not reducing weight for 12 years and no dietitian  was even bothered to know the reason of my no weight or inch loss.When I consulted Nidhi she spoke to me in length about my issues , got the few tests done and then started my diet. I had a tough time because my body had not responded for any weight loss diet or any other treatment for years but now for the first time my weight had fluctuations. As  Nidhi says she believes in healing , my body started healing. All my issues like high insulin level , high cholesterol ,anxiety, slow metabolism and other deficiencies started going down and came under good control levels. And then I started loosing weight and inches both.There  was a phase where I felt low , depressed and hesitant but Nidhi motivated ,supported, handled me very patiently and made me confident that I will overcome with my problems very soon and I did. Dietitian Nidhi advised me the following simple lifestyle modifications which helped me reduce weight –

  • Reduce my sugar intake
  • Advised me to take small and regular healthy meal
  • Added Nutrition and Protein in my daily diet.
  • Daily 45 minutes of walk.

Doing all of the above has reduced my weight from 105 kg to 82 Kg. I was even allowed cheat days during which I can eat anything. I found this as the best part of following her advice. I recommended her to a few close family friends who are also now following her. I further recommend her to anyone looking for simple ways to improve their overall health.
