
Dietitian Nidhi advised me the following simple lifestyle modifications which helped me reduce weight –
- Reduce my sugar intake
- Advised me to take small and regular healthy meal
- Added Nutrition and Protein in my daily diet.
- Daily 45 minutes of walk.
Doing all of the above has reduced my weight from 105 kg to 82 Kg. I was even allowed cheat days during which I can eat anything. I found this as the best part of following her advice. I recommended her to a few close family friends who are also now following her. I further recommend her to anyone looking for simple ways to improve their overall health.
